Gamified Drone Simulator is a cross disciplinary project featuring a new simulator that a offers a virtual search and rescue mission. Users control a drone with a PlayStation gamepad and need to locate a specific orange car in a virtual rural/urban terrain. This is a project in collaboration -among others- with the Hellenic Air Force Academy. Trained combat pilots, engineers and air traffic controllers have used this tool for testing purposes.
